With the new patented Bansbach quick connector to connect pump and cylinder, an operation start of the system is very easy and can be done within shortest time.
No filling, no ventilation - just plug in and get started!
With the new easymotion system, you can easily move up to 900 kg. The system consists of 4 adjustment cylinders and will be operated by an eletric motor.
Dank der Führungssäulen mit integrierter Hydraulikpumpe bekommen Sie ein System, welches eine Anbringung hanks to the guide columns with integrated hydraulic pump, you will receive a system which allows a simple assembly at your application. As the guide columns are very stable, it is possible to use only one guide column.
Because of the integrated hydraulic pump, you operate completely without electricity and you can adjust weights up to 10 kN by simply pumping. Strokes can be chosen flexibly between 80 and 400 mm.
The new Bansbach monitor adjustment with a special gas spring technique!
The system allows to disappear monitors in furniture without external power supply within shortest time. Thanks to the self-adjusting gas spring, the monitor comes up again by a slight push and is therefore only visible when required.
With the new micro-hydraulic cylinders, high forces can be realized in a very compact construction. With the standard piston diametres from 13 - 24 mm and a maximum pressure of 200 bar, forces up to 9.000N can be achieved. The stroke will be individually adjusted according to customer's requirements.
By using the numerous components of the gas spring manufacture, a high flexibility combined with shortest delivery times can be offered.
The new Click System - integrated in your gas spring
With the new Click System, it is possible to lock the gas spring in its inserted final position. This adjustment can be released without any further release systems. The piston rod has just to be pushed in slightly in order to move out then the complete stroke.
This development offers many new fields of application. Besides the comfortable handling, this gas spring version offers mainly the advantage of an adjustment without using a release system. Releasing is therefore possible without any further mounting parts.
HB-damper - hydraulic damper with adjustable damping force
With these hydraulic dampers from Bansbach® easylift, speed in push-in and push-out direction can be adjusted very precisely. The speed is controlled in both directions. The damping intensity of these dampers can be adjusted by turning the piston rod.
The size of the HB-dampers offers the biggest possible flexibility. The dampers will be pre-adjusted before the assembly into the application and therefore, the damping intensity can be adjusted ideally.
You can, of course, choose the connecting parts for these hydraulic dampers individually according to your requirements.
Height adjustment by hydraulic pump - a clever alternative not only for beds
With the new Bansbach hydraulic pump, the height of a great variety of applications can be adjusted by simply pumping. The pump can be completely operated without external energy supply. The movement is effected by simply pumping. Due to the weight of the application, the reset is always controlled and can be effected by opening the valve with a movement at the lever.
Inauguration of the new production hall of Bansbach easylift
Bansbach easylift in Lorch moves a lot. The gas springs of the worldwide operating mnufacturer move hoods, hatches, tables, doors, devices,… They are in furnitures, medical products, special vehicles or planes such as the new A380. But there was also a lot moved a the location Lorch. Bansbach easylift invested considerably and a new machinery hall was built. On Friday, 10th July 2009, the new production area with over 3.000 m² was inaugurated. In times of the very difficult general economic siutation, this is really not natural. But the economic weak situation also offers the possibility to prepare oneself ideally for the future and to secure the location Lorch with its workplaces in the long term. Bansbach is sure of this.
The new Bansbach gas spring, completely made of aluminium
In many applications, the weight is decisive. We therefore pay attention that the weight of the single components is as low as possible. This was the reason to develop the Bansbach gas spring completely of aluminium. The weight saving is not done at the expense of the product characteristics. This aluminium gas spring has the same characteristics as the Bansbach gas springs made of steel or stainless steel. Only with the stated weight saving.
The biggest Bansbach gas spring is most interesting when big force have to be moved or the stroke has to be extralarge. The gas spring with a piston rod diametre of 30 mm and a cylinder diametre of 70 mm is available with an extension force of up to 12.000N and therefore a really power pack.
Electronic adjustable dampers according to the electrorheological technology
The Bansbach® easyERF dampers are extremely quick and efficient dampers with a broad application field. Its innovation potential is the electronically adjustable damping intensity and the reaction time within milliseconds. Advantages of the damper: no wear and tear, maintenance-free, high reliability.
The new Click & Go gas spring is a very comfortable alternative for all applications where the lockable gas spring shall always be pushed out completely after the release process. Due to the new Click & Go gas spring, this is possible with a single short push on the button. A permanent release over the whole stroke of the gas spring isn't necessary anymore. After a single release, the gas spring remains in released position.
A piston rod diameter of 3 mm and a cylinder diametre of 8 mm allow a very low weight of the new 3/8 series. Its small size is ideal for applications with limited space.
The new bowden wire release system for lockable gas springs
…fascinates particularly with the design button. Back rests, beds, tables or any application can be adjusted comfortably at the push of a button. Even gas springs up to 600 N can be released easily with little effort.
