Bansbach easylift is worldwide the first and until now the only manufacturer of gas springs for the aerospace industry which is certified according to "Part 21 G" by the Federal Aerospace Authority. The directives, demands and documentation requirements of the
International Aeronautical Authority are constantly controlled. We therefore need in time information about use, technical requirepments, a course plan of the project... A separate manufacture, the use of individual components and materials, a detailed documentation and specially trained personnel are the basis for aerospace capable gas springs.

Advantage for our customers:
Nearly all gas springs are available with aerospace compliant features. Audits, inspection of our quality system, quality assurance agreements aren't necessary anymore. We support the qualification process. Comprehensive test programmes can largely be omitted. After termination of the qualification and rating and in case of appropriate contractual basis, the shipment with EASA form 1 is possible. Only with this "genuineness certificate", parts can directly be mounted into a plane.

Attention:
Standard gas springs and products mentioned in the catalogue firstly function in all kind of planes and in all sizes. But: We have to interdict the installation in flying objects!
Standard gas springs don't correspond to the actual, often obligatory directives. There is no insurance coverage! We therefore neither assume any product liability nor any legal warranty. In case of contrary use to the contract, our customer takes the absolute risk.
